The Trademark Group, a law firm specializing in United States and International trademark registration and protection needed a identity re-fresh. Having handled nearly ten thousand domestic and international trademarks for their clients, Founder and Attorney Marnie Wright Barnhorst, said “it was time to turn its focuse internally”. One prerequisite, to keep the original global concept conceived in its 1997 start up (but not the old logo).
In our initial discovery we confirmed their had not been a clear definition of the Trademark Groups’ visual presentation. Working collaboratively and redefining touchpoints we kicked off the re-fresh with a new logo-mark that reaffirmed there global perspective and continued growth. Accompanying the globe icon we paid particular attention to the typographic style and color pallet as it carried over the collateral system. This included business cards, letterhead, and internal documents; Microsoft Word templates including; a cover letter, terms and pricing sheets, detailed proposal layout, and trademark registration forms. We closed out with a new, organized and structured website. The website design and development included: site mapping, user interaction, content organization, copy writing, and on-site photography.
Our efforts helped increase The Trademark Group’s perceived value as a leading provider of cost-effective, efficient, and high-quality legal services.
